Pacific View apartments are newly renovated and offer independent apartment living set in a close-knit environment that fosters a strong sense of community. The spacious apartments are located in the vibrant city of San Pedro, and have stunning panoramic views. On clear days, you can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, while ships from across the globe pass under the landmark Vincent Thomas Bridge as they enter the Los Angeles Harbor.
Pacific View apartments feature two fully furnished, double-occupancy bedrooms with one or two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room and balcony. Set in the middle of the building is an open courtyard that is ideal for events of all sizes. This is often the gathering spot for Residential Life programming, which is focused on the needs of upper-division students.

A traditional apartment building with a central quad that features 30 units for approximately 90 upperclassmen and staff, including a Resident Director who leads the community.
Two double-occupancy bedrooms, one or two full baths, full kitchen, living room and balcony. Some private bedrooms are available in select units for an additional cost.

Pacific View Apartment residents who purchase their Marymount parking permit may apply for a residential garage at Pacific View Apartments. Both street and garage parking are available to students living at Pacific View Apartments.
Entry into the Pacific View Apartments is secured by key-card access. Additionally, Marymount California University Campus Safety and Security officers patrol the premises in the evening. Community Assistants and the Area Coordinator live on the premises and are available to support student needs.
