Pacific View apartments are newly renovated and offer independent apartment living set in a close-knit environment that fosters a strong sense of community. The spacious apartments are located in the vibrant city of San Pedro and have stunning panoramic views. On clear days, you can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, while ships from throughout the world pass by the famous Vincent Thomas Bridge as they enter the Los Angeles Harbor.
Pacific View apartments feature two fully furnished, double-occupancy bedrooms with one or two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room and balcony. Set in the middle of the building is an open courtyard that is ideal for events of all sizes. This is often the gathering spot for Residential Life programming, which is focused on the needs of upper-class students.

A traditional apartment building with a central quad that features 30 units for approximately 90 upper class students and staff, including a resident director who leads the community.
Two double-occupancy bedrooms, one or two full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and balcony. Some singles are available in select units.

The building is secured by card access and a state-of-the-art camera system. Marymount Safety and Security personnel patrol the premises every evening and overnight. A resident director is on duty at all times to support student needs.
