The Parents' Association provides an opportunity for lifelong partnerships and promotes a genuine sense of community by engaging parents, faculty and staff in the common goal of creating a learning environment that ensures student success.
The Association also serves as a parental resource and a way for you to remain involved with Marymount California. Now that your child has entered the University, you may have questions, ideas and expectations. Members of the Parents' Association may be able to provide you with the support, engagement opportunities and the direction you need.

The Parents' Project is the Parents' Association annual fundraising project. Each year, parents and University administrators identify a project that can be implemented during the school year to benefit current students.
2013 -- 2014 Parents' Project: The Thomas D. Wood Student Center
The place to hang with other students, be loud and play. Open all day and in the evening, the Student Center is “the place” for students to gather to play pool or ping pong, watch TV, and lounge on couches. Through the Student Info Desk, students can make plans to attend a concert, visit an amusement park or buy movie tickets. It’s a place just to hang out and be with friends. And meet new friends. The cost for the project is $315,000 and our Parents Association has set a goal of raising $200,000 to support this project.
