One of a kind housingIt won’t take long for the San Pedro Residential Campus (SPRC) to feel like home. That’s because instead of a typical university residence hall room, you get to live in a newly- renovated, fully-furnished, two-story townhome, complete with a kitchen, living room, patio and even a garage.
With approximately 400 students living around a central quad, you’ll find that there’s always something to do. A lot of the activity will be happening at the Fritz B. and Gladys Guadalupe Burns Pavilion, which has an outdoor event space complete volleyball and basketball courts, and even a fireplace for those balmy Southern California evenings. You’ll gather here with your fellow residents for all kinds of events, including comedy and coffeehouse nights, games nights, dances, volleyball and basketball tournaments.
