San Pedro Residential Campus

Not Your Typical Residence Hall

It won’t take long for the San Pedro Residential Campus to feel like your “home away from home.” That’s because instead of a typical university residence hall room, you get to live in a newly renovated, fully furnished, two-story townhome, complete with a kitchen, living room, patio and even a garage.

With approximately 400 students living around a central quad, you’ll find that there’s always something to do. A lot of the activity will be happening at the Fritz B. and Gladys Guadalupe Burns Pavilion, which has an outdoor meeting area complete with barbecues, volleyball and basketball courts, table games and even a fireplace for those balmy Southern California evenings. You’ll gather here with your fellow residents for all kinds of events, including comedy and coffeehouse nights, games nights, dances, volleyball and basketball tournaments, “Sundae Sundays” and “Tie-Dye Days.”
