Director Of Library Services

Reporting to the Associate Provost, the Director of Library Services is the chief administrative officer of the Marymount Library.  As such, the Director is a year-round administrative position holding faculty rank. This position is directly responsible for the operations of the library and performs professional and administrative duties in planning, developing, implementing and assessing library services. 

Director of Financial Aid

Oceanview Campus/Rancho Palos Verdes

Under general direction of the Dean of Admission and Enrollment Services, this position is responsible for developing, managing, and evaluating a comprehensive and customer-oriented financial aid delivery system.  The Director administers the university’s comprehensive financial aid program, supervises the financial aid staff and provides leadership in developing strategies that respond to enrollment and retention issues. Working within an enrollment management model, the Director of Financial Aid collaborates with colleagues to improve the utilization of technology in delivering financial aid, drives internal research to maximize the utilization of institutional merit and need-based aid resources, and provides campus leadership and external visibility on behalf of the enrollment division.

Student Information Systems Administrator

Oceanview Campus/Rancho Palos Verdes

Under general direction of the Chief Technology Officer, the Student Information Systems (SIS) Administrator evaluates, analyzes, designs, and maintains the University’s SIS (CAMS Enterprise) and other associated computer systems and applications that are used to support student records, reports, student financial services and enrollment services functions such as Great Plains and Hobsons/Radius. This position is involved in department cross-functional process improvement projects and is expected to participate in projects and events. This position is part of the Institutional Technology staff.

Resident Director

San Pedro Residential Sites
With general supervision of the Associate Director of Residential Life & Student Conduct, the Resident Director oversees daily operation of residential site. This is a full time, 12-month, live- in position.

Education Services and Reference Librarian

Oceanview Campus
Reporting to the Director of Library Services, The Education Services and Reference Librarian (ESRL) collaboratively plans, develops, implements, and continually improves the Library's suite of instructional and educational services. The ESRL supports student learning across disciplines by working with faculty/staff to facilitate the use of curriculum-specific information resources, provides access to course-related online materials in course management systems or other online environments, and develops and delivers digital learning objects that address information literacy (IL) needs. The ESRL works collaboratively with members of the Library Team and staff from other campus units to support the recruitment, retention, and outreach goals of the university, through appropriate Library-related programs and services.
