MCU is pleased to shine a light on a few of our students who are members of the Class of 2021 and are candidates for graduation for Spring 2021.

What is your major?
Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Minor in Psychology.

What are your hopes and plans after graduation?
Attending graduate school for a master’s in criminal justice or homeland security followed by military service.

What have you been involved in while at MCU?
I was a peer tutor my sophomore year, and the past two years I have been one of the team captains of our eSports team at MCU.

What is your favorite memory of MCU?
Living in the Villas last year and making friends throughout my time at MCU.

What advice do you have for other students?
I would tell other students to find their passion on campus and to get involved. Making connections changes everything!

What was your favorite experience at MCU?
I have enjoyed our field trips through my criminal justice program. We have visited prisons, courthouses and had many roundtable discussions.

What was your favorite class at MCU and why?
I have loved all my classes with Professor Dileva. He inspired me to join the field and apply to graduate school. He is knowledgeable, interesting and has great connections.

Who inspired you at MCU and why?
Professor Dileva for the above reasons and Dr. Doyle as I have learned so much about ethics and social justice from him.
