Your Room and Roommate
It won’t take long for the Villas to feel like home
With approximately 400 students living around a central quad, you’ll find there’s always something to do. Two resident directors lead the community and help students organize a full slate of social and educational events.
You’ll live in a fully furnished, two-story townhome (newly remodeled!), complete with a kitchen, living room, patio and even a garage. Your options:
- Four-person townhomes include two double-occupancy bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths.
- Seven-person townhomes include three bedrooms — two double-occupancy and one triple-occupancy — and two full baths.
Choosing your roommates
Roommates are determined by the preferences you identify on the placement survey you complete as part of the online housing application. Based on your answers, housing staff will match you with roommates.
If you have friends whom you would like to live with, please be sure to name them on your application and have them list you on theirs.
After your first year, you have the opportunity to go through the housing selection process. This process lets you not only select all of your housemates, but also which house you live in. If you decide not to go through this process, we will still use your housing preferences to find a roommate for you.
