It won’t take long for the Villas to feel like home

While living at the Villas, you’ll find there’s always something to do. Our Residential Life staff leads the community and help students organize a full slate of social and educational events.

Our annual tradition events include:

  • Welcome Luau
  • Blades and Arcades
  • Casino Night
  • Coffee House
  • Once Upon a Scream (Haunted House)
  • Poetry Slam
  • Winter Wonderland

You’ll live in a fully furnished, two-story townhome, complete with a kitchen, living room, patio and even a garage. Your options:

  • 2-bedroom townhomes include two double-occupancy bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths.
  • 3-bedroom townhomes include three double-occupancy bedrooms and two full baths.

Choosing your roommates

New students
Roommates are determined by the preferences you identify on the placement survey you complete as part of the online housing application. Based on your answers, housing staff will match you with roommates.

If you have friends whom you would like to live with, please be sure to name them on your application and have them list you on theirs.

Returning students
After your first year, you have the opportunity to go through the housing selection process. This process lets you not only select all of your housemates, but also which house you live in. If you decide not to go through this process, we will still use your housing preferences to find a roommate for you.

Students are welcome to have up to two non-resident guests each day. Please register guests by completing this form, which also details our guest policy. Visitors must leave by midnight unless permission for an overnight stay has been granted by the Office of Residential Life. Minors (individuals under 18) are not allowed to stay overnight. At no time should the total amount of guests in any unit exceed six individuals.
