Professor, English and Theatre Arts

Greg Levonian, whose teaching career spans more than 25 years, is a beloved fixture at Marymount California University, embracing his roles as respected mentor; enthusiastic producer of multiple theatrical productions, including the 2019 rendition of Rumors by Neil Simon; faculty advisor of the Drama Club; and past Faculty Senate president. Having earned his associate’s degree from Marymount when it was a two-year college, Levonian has a fondness for the institution where he got his start and enjoys cultivating an interest in the arts among his students, helping them appreciate the great works of literature and inspiring them to create their own.
