Robert V. Doyle, PhD
Professor, Philosophy & Religious Studies
An interdisciplinary scholar specializing in ethics, Robert V. Doyle has taught graduate and undergraduate courses, including Health Care Ethics, Ethics of Happiness, Knowledge and Reality, and Modern Catholic Philosophy. His dissertation research focused on the common good across Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Doyle has published on health care ethics and lectures both nationally and internationally on a broad range of topics, including the intersection of spirituality and religion, LGBTQ+ issues and immigration. He is a member of several professional organizations, serves on an editorial review board for a peer-reviewed journal and advises a number of student organizations.
